    Konscious Keto will immediately process the replacement if you receive the incorrect product. Please contact us within 30 days from the initial purchase date and be ready to provide a photo of the incorrect product received.

  • I received damaged product. What I can do?

  • How can I return my order?

    To initiate a return, please Contact us within 30 days after the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since the delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.   • Can I return two orders in one package?

    Yes, you may! To arrange the return, please contact us no more than 30 days after the initial purchase date.

  • Can I exchange an item?

    Unfortunately, our system can't make any exchanges, only returns and refunds. However, you are more than welcome to return the item you don't wish to keep for a full refund and then place a new order for the item that you want instead.

  • When will I get my money back?

    Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the item has been returned and processed at our warehouse. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank. Please refer to our Shipping and refund policy for more details

  • For how long do I have the right to return my order?

    If you are not 100 % satisfied with your recent purchase, you are more than welcome to return products that are in original condition, unopened and unused (including gift-sets) for a full refund, within 60 days after you have received your order.
