    - If you have not set up your password, please go here to register. Please make sure to use the email that you used during your purchase.

  • How do I upgrade my Meal Plan?

    You can upgrade your account for the Simple Keto System here.

  • I've forgotten my password.

    Don't worry! In the account section, click on "Forgot your password?", enter your email and click on "Send". You will receive an email with further instructions to create a new password. If you do not receive this email we suggest you check your junk email folder.

  • I want to change my email address

  • How do I update my Weekly Food Preferences?

    Using your credentials, log in to your Simple Keto System account. Navigate to the Food Preferences section on the "My Account" page. You can select or deselect ingredients based on your preferences. Changes to your food preferences will be reflected in next week's meals. Downloading the Konscious Keto Friendly Food List can help identify substitutions.

  • Can I download my meal plan?

    This is a feature that we are yet to add in our system. Don't worry our developers are working hard to make this available soon! In the meantime, you can print your favorite recipes using the Print feature of the browser you are using. You check this quick guide on how to that  here. Additionally, bookmarking the site is super helpful to make it easier to access!

  • How can I see my orders history?

    If you want to see you orders history, once you are logged into your account, click on "My Orders". In this section you can see all orders you have placed with your account.

  • How can I cancel my Meal Plan subscription?

    We're sad to see you go. We hope that you try our meal plan again in the future. To cancel your subscription, just click the Manage My Subcription on the email you received upon subcribing to the plan.   • What happens to my account after my subscription ends?

    Congratulations on completing your plan! Don't worry, you will still have access to the recipes you already received. At the same time, there will limitations on what you can access in your account. Features such as a Favorites, Progress, and Diary will be inaccesible after your subscription ends.
