    Depending on your location, we accept ShopPay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and more. You may go to the cart and fill in your details to get the payment methods available.

Orders

  • When will I receive my order?

    Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days from the order date. This timeframe includes 3-8 business days for *standard shipping within the mainland USA. Unfortunately, due to shipping costs outside of our control, we are unable to ship effectively to Alaska, Puerto Rico, or APOs and freight forwarding companies. We hope to serve these shipping zones in the future. Hawaii will be subject to a surcharge fee to cover expenses incurred for these shipping zones.
    As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

    If you have a customer account, log in to check the status of your order (until shipping).

     

    *Standard shipping within the continental United States: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days. This timeframe accounts for processing time at our warehouse, transit time via ground shipping, and potential delays due to high order volumes or adverse weather conditions.

  • Can I modify the products in my order after it has been placed?

    Yes! You can definitely modify your order, although we have to move fast! Modifications only apply to orders that have not yet been sent to fulfillment.   • How can I change or correct the delivery address for my order?

    If you need to change or correct your delivery address, please contact us immediately at hello@konsciousketo.com. You can also call us at 833-333-KETO.
    Please note that we can only modify or update your delivery address if your order has not yet been packed and dispatched for shipment.

     
  • How do I cancel my order?

    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations only apply to orders that have not yet been sent to fulfillment. To initiate a return, please contact us no more than 30 days after the order date. Note that refund processing times will vary by bank and typically take 5-7 business days.

  • How can I track the status of my order?

    You will receive a tracking link from us in the shipping confirmation email once your package has been handed over to our shipping provider. Click on the link to track the current status of your shipment.

    If you have an account with us, log in and you will be taken to your order summary under "Orders". Click on the respective order and you will find a link "View Tracking" which will take you directly to the tracking page of the shipping service provider.

    Please note that it may take a few hours after receiving the email for the shipment status to be updated on the shipping provider's site.
